LEGAL SERVICE PRICING/COST

Full representation - $250.00 per hour

New Foreclosure Defense - cases can be based on a flat monthly fee of $600.00

Bankruptcy - Single person - $2,200.00 

married couple - $2,500.00 

Some debt defense cases can be based on a flat fee of $250.00 per hearing, the fee in other debt cases may be 10% of the amount of money you save when a deal is reached.

If you want to represent yourself and you want an attorney to prepare your papers, the fee is $2.50 per minute for telephone consult and document drafting.  

In all cases, "costs" are not attorneys' fees. Costs are such things as court filing fees, service of process fees, sheriff writ fees, investigator fees, and court reporter fees. 

Costs are always borne by the client and are not part of the attorneys' fee. 

In many cases, when you win, you may be entitled to be reimbursed for the attorneys' fees and costs that you paid to fight your case.
