Foreclosure defense is one of the most complicated areas of law as it involves contract law, state laws, and a number of federal laws.  If you intend to represent yourself, use these documents solely as examples to help you think about your case and develop your own documents for filing. 

If you merely copy these and file them in your case you will very likely harm your case. So be mindful to create your own documents that are specific for your own case. Handling your own case, without a lawyer, can be a great way to save costs and it can be very fulfilling. But, if you do it without a great deal of thought, you will  likely hurt your case.
